Delivery Consultant

Manpower is seeking a Delivery Consultant to join our onsite team, supporting a leading global consumer goods organisation within a fast-paced logistics environment. As Manpower's dedicated onsite representative, you will act as the key link between our client and contingent workforce, providing day-to-day operational support, driving workforce engagement, and ensuring fulfilment and service excellence. This is a standalone role suited to someone who thrives on building strong relationships, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and associates.

Role Purpose

We're looking for a hands-on Delivery Consultant to provide daily onsite support, workforce engagement and fulfilment for a major national logistics client. You'll be the visible point of contact for both the client and the workforce, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong communication and consistent delivery of KPIs and SLAs.

Our client is a FTSE-listed multinational consumer goods organisation with a strong presence across health, wellness, household, and personal care categories.

As the sole on-site representative, you will provide dedicated support to both the client and workers, overseeing workforce engagement, addressing queries, coordinating activities, and fostering a collaborative working environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
