Delivery Coordinator - Dartford Kent – CP Hart - Fixed Term Contract Up to 9 Months

Role Responsibilities
As a Delivery Coordinator based in Dartford Kent you’ll be responsible for:
- Co-coordinating the delivery of goods once order has been placed.
- Managing all purchase orders issue’s and Confirmation dates that may prevent the progress of an order to the client’s requirements.
- Proactively communicate with the client or client’s representative throughout the journey of the order – updating on progress when required.
- Carrying out daily checks on My Active Documents to ensure that all new orders are dealt with and existing deliveries are correct and running smoothly.

Job Details
This is a fixed term contract (up to 9 months), full-time position working 37.5hrs per week, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30 with 30min break, no weekend work required.
Requirements
- Customer services experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Be able to multitask.
- Computer literate.
