Location: Livingston Distribution Centre Compensation: £29,180 per year

Opportunity Overview
You’ll provide crucial support to the Delivery Driver in loading and unloading furniture and ensuring it arrives safely at our customers’ homes. While previous furniture delivery experience would be beneficial, what we care about you is your personality, teamwork spirit, and ability to learn new skills.
Responsibilities
- Carefully deliver and install furniture in customers’ homes
- Support the Delivery Driver in managing delivery schedules and completing multiple daily drops
- Assist in loading and unloading furniture onto delivery vehicles at our Livingston Distribution Centre
- Provide a top-notch customer service experience and encourage customer feedback
- Conduct quality checks to ensure team safety and service excellence
- Perform heavy lifting – physically demanding work
- Work 46 hours spread over 4 days, with every Sunday off

Key Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to follow processes, procedures, and safety protocols rigorously
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Physically fit with the capacity to handle manual tasks (heavy lifting required)
- Hardworking, reliable and proactive teammate
Optional/Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a warehouse or delivery environment (desirable)
- Valid driving license (desirable)
