Delivery Driver

GSF Car Parts is looking for motivated and reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team! In this critical role, you will represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and ensuring exceptional service.


About the Role

Delivery Drivers are the face of our organisation, playing a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:

  • Giving customer feedback insights
  • Ensuring goods match promised delivery times
  • Being the ambassador for GSF Car Parts

As a Delivery Driver, you will contribute to our success by:

  • Promoting our brand through positive customer interactions
  • Supporting a high-performing team

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver products to customer premises within a 40-mile radius
  • Provide high levels of customer service at all times
  • Report on relevant customer feedback and competitor activity
  • Load vehicles according to company procedures
  • Collect customer returns as required
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintenance
  • Assist with warehouse tasks, such as rerouting returns
  • Support inter-branch transfers when needed

Working Hours

  • Average 41 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Includes alternate Saturday shifts

About You – Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we require:

✅ Full UK driving licence (Max 6 penalty points) ✅ Minimum 3 years’ driving experience ✅ Strong knowledge of the 40-mile delivery radius ✅ Previous experience as a delivery driver ✅ Excellent customer service standards ✅ Commitment to deadlines & punctuality ✅ Willingness to go the extra mile for customers
