Delivery Driver
Delivery Driver – GSF Car Parts
Delivery Drivers play a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and continuously providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are fundamental to us, giving customer feedback insights and ensuring we stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of a high-performing organisation and promoting the Company brand through positive interaction with customers.
Main Duties Include
- Delivering product to customer’s premises within a 40-mile radius
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
- Providing feedback to the branch on customer and competitor activity
- Loading your vehicle according to procedures
- Collecting customer returns as required
- Carrying out vehicle maintenance, including daily checks
- Assisting in the warehouse as and when required
- Helping with Inter-Branch Transfer Deliveries as needed

Working hours: 35-40 (average) hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working.
About You
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the 40-mile radius around the branch
- Have previous experience within a delivery driver role
- Understand the necessity of excellent customer service standards
- Work to deadlines with strong time-keeping skills
- Be customer-focused, driven to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
