Delivery Driver
Delivery Driver – GSF Car Parts
Delivery Drivers play a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand, delivering parts to customers and continuously providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are important to us, giving customer feedback insights and ensuring we stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of a high-performing organisation and promoting the Company brand through positive interaction with customers.
Main Duties Include
- Delivering product to customer’s premises within a 40-mile radius
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
- Providing feedback to branch on relevant customer and competitor activity
- Loading your vehicle according to procedures
- Collecting customer returns as required
- Conducting vehicle maintenance including carrying out daily checks
- Assisting in the warehouse as and when required
- Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as needed

Working Hours: 41 hours (on average) from Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working.
About You
Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
- A minimum of 3 years driving experience
- Exceptional knowledge of the 40-mile radius of the branch location
- Previous experience in a delivery driver role
- Ability to understand the necessity of excellent standards of customer service
- Strong capability to work to deadlines with good timekeeping skills
- Customer-focused, driven to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
