About the Role
This is a hands-on and rewarding role where you’ll deliver our products directly to customers’ doorsteps while ensuring a high standard of service, safety, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for:
- Driving a 3.5-tonne van safely and efficiently to deliver a variety of products to customers’ doorsteps, ensuring they arrive on-time and in great condition.
- Conducting pre-drive checks to guarantee the van is organised, clean, roadworthy, and properly loaded before setting out.
- Navigating various locations, including residential streets and country lanes, with confidence and precision.
- Providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with any enquiries, and keeping them informed of any delays.
- Supporting a smooth operation during off-road times by contributing to stockroom maintenance or assisting on the shop floor.
- Developing in-depth product knowledge to recommend options and promotions effectively.
- Upskilling in new technology to improve job performance and adaptability.

- Proven HGV/LGV (ICE) driving skills, comfortable driving large vehicles in urban, suburban, and countryside settings.
