Delivery Driver - Argos
Eligibility:
You must be above the school-leaver age in your country School leaving age - GOV.UK
You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
You must be fully licensed to drive and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it.
Whilst many of our roles will be temporary over the festive period, there may also be permanent opportunities available - please check the contract type and schedule hours before applying to ensure that the role is right for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- With a market-leading delivery service offering over 60,000 products, you'll handle items with care, delivering Argos products directly to customers' front doors or their preferred collection point
- Responsible for loading the van and delivering a set number of drops in a shift with guidance from an ePod
- Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries with a friendly and professional attitude
- We will provide phone support while you're on the road, and our route guidance will ensure you return to the site within your shift times
- Safe driving and adherence to guidelines are essential

- Friendly and professional, always taking pride in doing the right thing for our customers
- Reliable and enthusiastic, with a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying goods
- Being able to think on your feet and find solutions to any issues that arise during deliveries is a big plus
