We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused, part-time, Delivery Driver to join the team at our Fakenham branch, based in Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, interacting with customers, and being out on the road.
Role Purpose
As a delivery driver, you will play a key role in ensuring our professional, domestic and hire customers receive their machinery safely, efficiently, and with excellent service. You will be responsible for the collection and delivery of machinery sold by the company. You may also be required to install and assemble certain equipment, ensuring it meets manufacturer guidelines and customer expectations. Your role will also include helping our busy parts department with their Parts and Gas deliveries.

Duties & Responsibilities
Collect and deliver professional, domestic, and hire groundcare machinery Assemble machinery as required in line with manufacturer guidelines Promote the safe use of machinery and implements to end users Collect and deliver Calor Gas as required to a range of customers Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe vehicle Provide excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone Build positive relationships with customers and identify new opportunities Represent and promote the company and its products in a professional manner Liaise with customers and suppliers as required Attend training courses to maintain compliance and product knowledge
Essential Skills/Experience

Full UK driving licence (essential) ADR licence is desirable Strong customer service skills and a professional manner Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative A team player with a smart and tidy appearance Good knowledge of groundcare machinery (advantageous) Mechanical background (advantageous)
Additional Information
Start Date: Immediate, but subject to candidates notice period.
