Job Overview
As a Delivery Driver, you play a vital role in the daily success of the branch. You will:
- Deliver parts to our local customers, providing excellent customer service and being the face of the branch.
- Support in the warehouse, on the retail counter—your work is varied and essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive a safety-first culture, with the customer at the heart of all operations.

- Work within the Fleet team, maintaining a customer-focused attitude.

- Improve returns, credits, and warranty processes, enhancing customer experience while streamlining workflows.
- Support the retail counter in maintaining best-in-class standards to drive customer excellence.
- Manage pick-to-manifest times and meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist with branch deliveries, ensuring strong customer service and SLA compliance for growth.
- Deliver best-in-class service consistently to support customer satisfaction.
