Do you love being on the move and interacting with people from all walks of life? Proud of delivering quality goods on time while putting a smile on thousands of faces every week?
Join Ocado Logistics—where there are bags of possibilities.
About the Role
It’s our mission to provide an outstanding customer experience. While others refer to you as delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics, you’ll be part of our Customer Service Team, crucial to delivering top-quality products on time and in an efficient manner.
You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but worry not—no more fighting over the radio! You can sing along as loud as you like.
In return, we use our automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van.
Since everyone loves their groceries at different times, our working patterns include evenings, weekends, and weekdays. You’ll earn a base pay plus premiums (boosting your average hourly earnings to £13.75 an hour). Enhanced overtime is available too—ideal for those special occasions!
Every minute at work is still paid for during breaks—so you get paid while you rest! That’s a great deal.
(Note: Shift patterns vary—see below for more details.)

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
