Experienced Multidrop Driver – Croydon (Permanent)
Location: Croydon Vehicle Required: MWB van (low loader or Luton van preferred) Postcodes: Permanent round with same postcodes daily (80–120 daily deliveries) Availability: Guaranteed 5 days/week (extra days available for overtime)
About the Role
Job Title: Permanent Multidrop Driver Company: ProLink Transport ProLink Transport are seeking experienced multidrop drivers for six permanent positions based in Croydon.
You will complete a daily route of 80–120 parcels, planning and managing your own drops. Pay is competitive, with progression possible once you are established in the role.
Staffing quickly and able to start immediately — ideal for driverseeking flexibility or a reliable freelance opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily multidrop deliveries (motorised wheelie bins removed) of 80–120+ pounds across pre-mapped route
- Route planning and management – ensuring efficient delivery timing and coverage of assigned postcodes
- Vehicle maintenance and compliance – maintaining your van’s condition and locking in fuel/operational costs
- Customer service – courteous interaction with residents, keeping delivery times accurate and adhering to posting guidelines

Requirements
- Industry experience: Previous experience with DPD, Amazon, Hermes, DHL or another parcel delivery company required
- Route planning: Proven ability to map and optimise your own delivery route
- Own transportation required: MWB van in minimum, ideally a low loader or Luton van for efficiency in home delivery
- Professionalism: Polite and time-conscious demeanour (deliveries must be punctual)

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: £200 + VAT per day
- Progression pay: After a short period, raises to £300 + VAT
- ** Contract length:** Long-term, permanent positions available to suit your schedule (5, 6, or 7 days a week possible)
- Overtime potential: Earn extra by completing additional deliveries outside day route
- Referral incentive: £100 commission if you refer another successful candidate
