The Role
Join our delivery service team at Dreams as a Delivery Driver. You'll play a key role in serving our customers, ensuring their perfect bed is delivered without a hitch.
- Competitive salary: £15.59 per hour, plus a discretionary monthly bonus
- Contract: 38.75 hours per week, including alternate Saturdays (no Sundays!)
- Operational base: 3.5-tonne van with assistance
- Core focus: Delivering with a customer-first attitude, representing the Dreams brand professionally across all interactions
This role is physically demanding—responsibilities include lifting items such as mattresses, sofa beds, and furniture, though vehicles are pre-loaded to ease logistics. You’ll also become an A assembler* through training to ensure seamless installation in customer homes.

The Person
This role is perfect for you if you align with:
- People-first mindset: Passionate about customer service, with a warm, friendly demeanour.
- Confident driver: Must hold a valid UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points and prior experience driving 3.5-tonne vehicles or similar.
- Experienced hands: Comfortable with heavy goods installation and assembly; experience in home deliveries is advantageous.
- Flexible availability: Prepared to work varying hours, including Saturdays.
