Role Description
The Delivery Driver role at Domino’s in Gainsborough is a part-time, on-site position responsible for safely delivering orders to customers in a timely and friendly manner. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Collecting orders from the store
- Checking accuracy and quality
- Navigating to customer locations using provided directions or GPS
- Greeting customers
- Handling payments
- Providing excellent service at the door while representing the Domino’s brand in the community

When not on the road, the role includes supporting in-store operations such as:
- Helping with food preparation
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Assisting with basic customer service and order-taking
This position involves working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Food & Beverage skills to ensure a positive experience and accurate, high-quality order delivery
- Ability to support Sales activities through friendly interaction, upselling when appropriate, and promoting current offers
- Capability to participate in and provide Training related to delivery procedures, safety standards, and store operations
- Forklift Operation or similar equipment-handling experience is helpful for roles that may assist with stock or supply chain tasks
- Valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation suitable for delivering orders
- Good local area knowledge or strong navigation skills, with the ability to follow directions efficiently
- Ability to lift and carry pizzas and related items, move quickly, and stand for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in delivery, retail, or food service is beneficial but not required; on-the-job training is provided
