About the Role
Our Customer Service Team Members are essential to ensuring quality goods arrive on time, making a positive difference every day. You’ll be out on the road, connecting with people in every community—and singing your soundtrack!
- We plan your routes in advance and pre-load your van so you never have to waste time switching stations or arguing over the radio!
- Deals are delivered across different schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs at any time.
- Enjoy premium hourly pay averaging £14.38/hr (evening/weekend shifts with overtime)

Requirements & Licensing
Legal & Safety:
You must hold a valid full UK or EU driving licence. Additional licencing requirements include:
- At least 12 months’ driving experience
- Maximum 6 penalty points on licencing records
- No disqualifications in the last 5 years
Suitability:
- Aged 18+ (due to alcohol product deliveries)
- Essential communication skills for customer-facing roles

Contract Details:
- Permanent position in a logistics/delivery hub with 40-hour schedules
- Paid breaks included. You may be required to work rotating shifts (5 days in 7).
Working Hours & Pay:
Contract operates pay every 4 weeks (lunarly) for clarity. Wage structures enable higher earnings with shift-based premiums:
Basic & Premium Rates (Monday to Saturday):
- Basic Rate: £13.78/hr
- Evening Premium (6pm+): +£1.12/hr
- Sunday Premium (Day): +£1.38/hr
- Sunday Premium (Evening): +£2.61/hr
Overtime:
- Monday to Saturday:
- Day Shift OT: £17.23/hr
- Evening Shift OT: £18.35/hr
