About The Role
Delivery Driver’s play a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and continuously providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are important to us, giving customer feedback insights and ensuring we stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of a high-performing organization and promoting the Company/business brand through positive interaction with customers.
Main Duties
- Delivering product to customers’ premises within a 40-mile radius
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
- Collecting and providing feedback on customer and competitor activity to the branch
- Loading vehicles according to established procedures
- Collecting customer returns as required
- Conducting vehicle maintenance, including carrying out daily checks
- Assisting in the warehouse as and when required
- Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as needed

Working Hours
41-hour average, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday workings included.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Have at least 3 years of driving experience
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the 40-mile radius around the branch
- Have previous experience in a delivery driver role
- Uphold excellent customer service standards
- Work to deadlines with strong time-keeping skills
- Be customer-focused, motivated to excel, and willing to go the extra mile
