Delivery Driver
Our Delivery Drivers play a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and continuously providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are vital to us, giving customer feedback insights and ensuring we stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.
As a Delivery Driver working on a zero-hour/casual basis, you will support the branch in covering any holidays or absences. You will be responsible for helping achieve the overall success of a high-performing organisation and promoting the Company brand through positive interaction with customers.
Main Duties
- Deliver products to customers’ premises within a 40-mile radius
- Ensure high levels of customer service at all times
- Provide feedback to the branch on relevant customer and competitor activity
- Load your vehicle according to established procedures
- Collect customer returns as required
- Carry out vehicle maintenance including daily checks
- Assist in the warehouse as and when required
- Help with inter-branch transfer deliveries as and when needed

Working Hours
- Up to 41 hours (average) per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working – depending on the cover needed in the branch.
About the Role
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Must hold a full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Must have a minimum of 3 years driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of the 40-mile radius of the branch
- Previous experience in a delivery driver role
- Ability to understand the necessity of maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Must work to deadlines with strong time-keeping skills
- Customer-focused, driven to achieve and willing to go the extra mile
