**Delivery Driver – GSF Car Parts
A crucial role in our team!
Delivery Drivers play a vital part in GSF Car Parts, acting as the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are valued for their ability to provide customer feedback insights, ensuring we stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.
Role Overview
As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual basis, you will support the branch by covering holidays or absences while helping to maintain the overall success of a high-performing organisation. Your role will involve promoting the Company brand through positive interactions with customers.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers’ premises within a 40-mile radius
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
- Provide feedback to the branch on customer and competitor activity
- Load vehicles according to company procedures
- Collect customer returns as required
- Perform vehicle maintenance, including carrying out daily checks
- Assist in the warehouse as necessary
- Support Inter-Branch Transfer Deliveries when needed

Working Hours: Typically up to 41 (average) hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional alternate Saturday shifts depending on branch coverage requirements.
**About You – Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of the 40-mile radius surrounding the branch
- Previous experience in a delivery driver role
- Ability to understand and apply excellent customer service standards
- Strong time management and deadline-driven skills
- Customer-focused mentality, motivated to go the extra mile
