Job Title: Delivery Driver (Zero Hour/Casual Contract)
GSF Car Parts’ Delivery Drivers play a crucial role in representing our brand and ensuring timely, high-quality service to customers. By delivering parts and collecting feedback, they help maintain our commitment to excellence and on-time deliveries.
The Role
As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual basis, you’ll cover holidays and absences while supporting branch operations. Your contributions will directly impact our success as a high-performing organisation, reinforcing the GSF Car Parts brand through positive customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to customers’ premises within a 40-mile radius
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
- Provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activity
- Load vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to procedures
- Collect customer returns as needed
- Conduct daily vehicle maintenance and checks
- Assist in the warehouse and with inter-branch transfer deliveries, if required

Working Hours:
- Up to 41-hour average (Monday to Friday), including occasional Saturday shifts
- Hours may vary depending on branch demands
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A full UK driving licence (6-point maximum)
- A minimum of 3 years’ driving experience
- Detailed knowledge of a 40-mile branch radius
- Previous delivery driver experience preferred
- A dedication to excellent customer service standards
- Strong time management and deadline-driven approach
- A customer-focused mindset, with a willingness to exceed expectations
