About the Role
Delivery Drivers play a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and ensuring excellent customer service.
In this flexible (zero hours/casual) position, you’ll contribute to covering holidays or absences while supporting our branch’s overall success. You’ll also promote the GSF Car Parts brand through positive customer interactions and help maintain on-time delivery commitments.
Main Duties Include
- Delivering parts to customer premises within a 40-mile radius
- Providing high levels of customer service at all times
- Reporting customer feedback and competitor activity to the branch
- Loading vehicles according to operating procedures
- Collecting customer returns as required
- Performing vehicle maintenance, including daily checks
- Assisting in the warehouse when necessary
- Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as needed

Working Hours:
- Up to 41 (average) hours per week
- Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday shifts depending on branch needs
About You
Key Requirements:
- Must hold a full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience
- Strong knowledge of the branch’s 40-mile delivery area
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver (essential)
- Commitment to exceptional customer service standards
- Ability to work to deadlines with strong timekeeping skills
- Customer-focused mindset, with a drive for excellence
- Willingness to go the extra mile for the role
