Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering a safety first culture with the customer at heart
  • Balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures to meet business goals
  • Ensuring branch operational efficiency with proper controls to support customer-first experiences
  • Collaborating with the Fleet team while maintaining a customer-first attitude
  • Leading colleagues to uphold a safety first culture at all times
  • Improving returns, credits, and warranty processes for better customer experience and smoother retail support
  • Supporting the retail counter to maintain branch retail standards and customer experience excellence
  • Managing pick-to-manifest times for SLA compliance and delivering customer-first service
  • Assisting with deliveries while creating a high-performance customer service foundation and meeting SLAs
  • Ensuring the highest customer excellence through best-in-class service
