Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering a safety first culture with the customer at heart
- Balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures to meet business goals
- Ensuring branch operational efficiency with proper controls to support customer-first experiences
- Collaborating with the Fleet team while maintaining a customer-first attitude
- Leading colleagues to uphold a safety first culture at all times
- Improving returns, credits, and warranty processes for better customer experience and smoother retail support
- Supporting the retail counter to maintain branch retail standards and customer experience excellence
- Managing pick-to-manifest times for SLA compliance and delivering customer-first service
- Assisting with deliveries while creating a high-performance customer service foundation and meeting SLAs
- Ensuring the highest customer excellence through best-in-class service
