About the Role

As a Delivery Driver/Branch Assistant, you play a vital role in the daily success of the branch. Your responsibilities span multiple areas—from warehouse operations and retail support to deliveries—ensuring high performance and excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safety-first culture and prioritise the customer in all operations.
  • Drive balanced performance across business KPIs, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the branch operates efficiently by implementing strong operational controls for a seamless, customer-centric experience.
  • Work as part of the Fleet team, embodying a customer-first attitude.
  • Promote safety awareness among colleagues to uphold strict safety standards.
  • Optimise processes around returns, credits, and warranty resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support the retail counter to maintain best-in-class retail standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage pick-to-manifest times and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist with branch deliveries, ensuring customer excellence and growth-aligned service.
  • Guarantee world-class service at all times to foster long-term customer loyalty.
