Job Overview

As a Delivery Driver / Branch Assistant, your role is vital to the ongoing success of the branch. Whether it be picking the right part first time in our Warehouse, serving customers on our retail counter, or delivering parts directly to customers, this General Assistant position is a varied and exciting one.

Through your role, you will work to ensure the branch achieves high performance and operational standards, ultimately ensuring we deliver our Customer Promise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safety-first culture, ensuring the customer experience remains central to all activities.
  • Perform balanced performance across key metrics and KPIs, aligning with business objectives.
  • Optimise branch operations, implementing correct controls and measures to support a customer-first approach.
  • Actively contribute to the Fleet team, maintaining customer-focused responsibilities.
  • Ensure all colleagues uphold a safety-first culture at all times.
  • Enhance returns, credits, and warranty processes to improve customer service and streamline operations.
  • Uphold retail counter standards to provide best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Deliver logistics on time, achieving all service level agreement targets while optimising efficiency.
  • Support branch operations, including deliveries and customer service, to ensure growth and exceptional service levels.
  • Consistently deliver a high-standard customer experience to reinforce brand excellence.
