Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering a safety-first culture with the customer at heart in everything.
- Working to achieve a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures aligned with goals.
- Ensuring the branch is operationally efficient, with correct controls and measures to support a customer-first experience.
- Acting as part of the Fleet team, maintaining a customer-first attitude.
- Ensuring colleagues are aligned to uphold a safety-first culture consistently.
- Improving returns, credits, and warranty processes to enhance customer experience and create seamless workflows at the retail counter.
- Supporting the retail counter to uphold branch retail standards and achieve customer excellence.
- Delivering a customer-first service through efficient pick-to-manifest processes while meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Supporting the branch with deliveries when needed, ensuring growth aligns with best-in-class customer service and SLAs.
- Ensuring exceptional service excellence at all times to cement customer loyalty.
