As a Delivery Driver/ Branch Assistant, you play a vital role in the daily success of the branch. Whether supporting in the warehouse, on the retail counter, or making deliveries, your work is varied and essential. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safety-first culture, with the customer at the heart of everything
  • Work to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPIs, aligning with business goals
  • Maintain operational efficiency in the branch, enforcing correct controls to support a customer-first experience
  • Act as a member of the Fleet team, embodying a customer-first attitude
  • Ensure colleagues remain focused on delivering a safety-first culture at all times
  • Improve returns, credits, and warranty processes, enhancing customer experience and creating frictionless processes when supporting the retail counter
  • Support the retail counter to maintain branch retail standards best in class and establish customer experience excellence
  • Deliver customer-first service through efficient pick-to-manifest times and meeting all service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Support the branch with deliveries when required, ensuring growth through best-in-class customer service and exCEPTIONAL SLAs
  • Ensure a best-in-class service is consistently delivered to cement customer excellence
