Key Responsibilities
- Foster a safety-first culture with the customer at the heart of every task
- Maintain a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPIs aligned with business goals
- Ensure operational efficiency in the branch by implementing robust controls and processes to support a customer-first experience
- Act as a member of the Fleet team with a strong customer-first mindset
- Promote a safety-first culture among colleagues in all situations
- Streamline returns, credits, and warranty processes, enhancing the customer experience and reducing friction at the retail counter
- Elevate retail counter performance to deliver best-in-class standards and establish customer experience excellence
- Deliver a customer-first service by managing pick-to-manifest times andMeeting all service level agreements (SLAs)
- Support the branch with deliveries as needed, ensuring readiness for growth through top-tier customer service and exceptions service level agreements (SLAs)
- Commit to delivering a best-in-class service consistently to reinforce customer excellence

Skills and Experience
- Exceptional communication skills, able to foster strong customer relationships
