Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering a safety-first culture with the customer at the heart of everything.
  • Working to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures, align with business goals.
  • Ensuring the branch is operationally efficient and correct controls are in place to support a customer-first experience.
  • Acting as a member of the Fleet team with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ensuring colleagues focus on maintaining a safety-first culture at all times.
  • Improving returns, credits, and warranty processes to enhance customer experience and create frictionless processes at the retail counter.
  • Supporting the retail counter to uphold branch retail standards for customer experience excellence.
  • Delivering a customer-first service by managing pick-to-manifest times and fulfilling all service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assisting the branch with deliveries when required, ensuring setup for growth through best-in-class customer service and exceptional SLAs.
  • Ensuring a best-in-class service is delivered at all times to cement customer excellence.
