Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering a safety-first culture, with the customer at the heart of everything.
- Working to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPIs, in line with business goals and objectives.
- Ensuring the branch is operationally efficient, with correct controls and measures to support a customer-first experience.
- Acting as a member of the Fleet team with a customer-first attitude.
- Ensuring colleagues are aligned to deliver a safety-first culture at all times.
- Improving returns, credits, and warranty processes, enhancing customer experience while creating frictionless retail support.
- Supporting the retail counter to maintain branch retail standards and achieve customer experience excellence.
- Managing pick-to-manifest times to deliver a customer-first service, meeting all service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Assisting with deliveries when required, ensuring the branch grows through best-in-class customer service and exceptional SLAs.
- Ensuring a best-in-class service is delivered consistently to uphold customer excellence.

- Strong communication skills, capable of developing customer relationships.
- Ability to utilise technology for fleet checks while maintaining a zero-accident and safety-first mentality for all employees and the public.
- Demonstrated focus, energy, and drive in high-pressure environments.
- Good business acumen with an eye for efficiency.
- Customer experience excellence as a core part of best-in-class service delivery.
- Flexibility to adapt to daily tasks and support the branch’s evolving needs.
