Delivery & Governance Manager | PM | Leadership | Birmingham | Hybrid | Permanent

We are working with one of the 'Big 8' audit, tax and consulting services organisations in the UK and are looking for an experienced Delivery & Governance Manager to drive execution across a portfolio of AI, automation, and digital skills initiatives.

This is very much a hands-on delivery leadership role, operating across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving internal technology environment. You will work closely with senior leadership who own strategy and prioritisation, translating direction into clear, coordinated, and predictable delivery.

The Role

You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, visibility, and coordination across a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers are actively managed and resolved.

This role suits someone who thrives in complex, multi-team environments, is comfortable working with ambiguity, and enjoys turning strategy into execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
