Delivery GTM Consultant - GTM | Cybersecurity | VC-Backed Startups

Location: Bank, London
Working Pattern: Full-time, with four days per week in the office

The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Delivery GTM Consultant to join our specialist recruitment team, supporting high-growth cybersecurity, technology, and VC-backed startups across the UK, Europe, and US.

You will step into a warm desk with live roles, established clients, and active candidates from day one. This is a hands-on recruitment role with strong earning potential and a clear pathway into a full 360° Consultant position.

You will receive structured training, regular coaching, and direct support from experienced Consultants and company leadership, giving you everything you need to build a successful career in recruitment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support Senior Consultants on live roles across GTM, cybersecurity, and VC-backed startups.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates across sales, marketing, customer success, and other GTM functions.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates through regular calls, meetings, and ongoing communication.
  • Qualify candidates to understand their experience, motivations, and career goals.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of your market, clients, and the wider technology startup ecosystem.
  • Support outreach campaigns and identify new talent within high-growth markets.
  • Build your sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Progress towards owning your own client relationships and recruitment desk.
