The Highlights

Here’s what joining The Sofa Delivery Company offers:

  • Great Pay: Starting at £27,104 per annum (£13.24/hour) + an annual bonus of up to £2,000 (paid quarterly).
  • The Ultimate 4-on, 4-off Schedule: Work 7am–7pm and enjoy 4 full days off to relax (equivalent to working less than 6 months of the year). Guaranteed hours (39.35 hrs/week).

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work in a two-person team, making 10–15 deliveries daily and installing furniture in homes. This is a physically demanding role involving lifting heavy items and navigating tight spaces. You’ll:

  • Complete all deliveries safely and professionally.
  • Confirm delivery times with customers beforehand (call ahead).
  • Install furniture in the correct room and ensure no rubbish remains.
  • Represent our brand values with integrity and excellence.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve service standards.
  • Perform vehicle/equipment inspections and report faults promptly.
  • Adhere to all driving laws and company policies.
