The Highlights
Here’s what we offer:
- Great Pay: A competitive salary of £27,104 per annum (£13.24 per hour) plus an annual bonus of up to £2000 (paid quarterly) for delivering amazing service.
- Ultimate 4-on, 4-off Work-Life Balance: Work 7am–7pm, then enjoy 4 days off to relax, recharge, and enjoy life (equivalent to working less than 6 months of the year!). This flexible schedule is predictable, guaranteed (39.35 hrs/week), and permanent.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work as part of a skilled two-person delivery team, completing 10–15 daily deliveries and installing furniture in customers’ homes. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving lifting heavy items, navigating stairs, and tight spaces. If you take pride in doing a job properly, you’ll thrive here.
- Complete all deliveries safely and professionally to customers’ homes.
- Communicate clearly with customers beforehand to inform them of your arrival.
- Ensure furniture is delivered to the correct room without leaving any waste for disposal.
- Uphold The Sofa Delivery Company’s values and those of our brand partners.
- Collaborate with your team and senior managers to provide continuous feedback and improve service standards.
- Conduct daily vehicle/equipment inspections, reporting any issues to line managers immediately.
- Strictly comply with driving laws and company policies.

The Role Is For You If…
You’re ready to work in a supportive two-person team and: ✅ Have held a valid driver’s licence for 12+ months (under 6 penalty points). ✅ Thrive with people and enjoy helping customers. ✅ Are physically comfortable with installing/lifting heavy furniture in different homes. ✅ Take pride in your work and prioritise safety for yourself and others.
