Job Description

The Job Mission

  • Coordinate electrical installation activities across multiple contracts and project interfaces.
  • Combine construction planning, schedule integration, and multidisciplinary coordination responsibilities.
  • Coordinate electrical installation activities supporting integrated construction delivery.
  • Develop construction sequences considering dependencies, constraints, and project milestones.
  • Identify project risks early and implement practical mitigation strategies.
  • Support readiness reviews and delivery work pack implementation activities.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Use Primavera P6, Navisworks, and project data to support planning decisions.
  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and shared construction service requirements.
  • Promote nuclear safety, quality culture, and right-first-time project delivery.
  • Support hotspot management and interface planning across assigned project areas.
  • Capture and apply lessons learned to improve future project performance.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum five years delivering complex projects within regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction integration.
  • Experience using Primavera P6, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience resolving multidisciplinary project interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse project teams.
  • Experience within nuclear, oil and gas, or highly regulated industries.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and reporting capabilities under demanding schedules.
  • IOSH Managing Safely or similar health and safety qualification desirable.
  • Fluent English communication skills; French language capability advantageous.
