Delivery Lead - Job Description
Job Title: Delivery Lead
Location: UK - Remote
Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Delivery Lead to manage BAU operational delivery and smaller project execution across a portfolio of B2B partners within a fast-paced iGaming platform business.
This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone already operating at Project Manager / Delivery Lead level, with strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to drive delivery across multiple internal teams. You will be responsible for ensuring partner requests, operational priorities, and project deliverables are managed effectively, with clear communication, strong governance, and a focus on quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across BAU operations and project workstreams for B2B partners, ensuring high-quality execution and clear stakeholder communication.
- Act as the delivery lead for partner-facing operational requests, platform changes, enhancements, and delivery initiatives, managing priorities and ensuring timely outcomes.
- Lead delivery of small to medium projects, and workstreams within larger programmes, owning end-to-end planning, coordination, governance, documentation, and release readiness activities.
- Manage delivery across internal teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Compliance, ensuring dependencies, risks, and blockers are proactively identified and resolved.
- Managing day-to-day partner communications, operational check-ins, and escalation management, ensuring expectations are managed effectively and issues are handled professionally.
- Support incident and change delivery processes, ensuring work is triaged, tracked, prioritised, and progressed through to resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, helping mature BAU delivery, improve reporting, and strengthen operational ways of working.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
