Role Overview
As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of client engagements, ensuring outcomes are achieved in line with agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage delivery across the full project lifecycle, ensuring risks are managed, stakeholders are aligned, and value is delivered. This is a hands-on role requiring strong delivery discipline, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capability.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Accountability
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects or workstreams, ensuring alignment to agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and commercial commitments.
Scope, Risk & Issue Management
- Actively manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and appropriate escalation.
Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

Governance & Reporting
- Maintain delivery governance, including tracking progress, reporting status, and supporting steering and stakeholder forums.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work directly with client stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and communicate progress clearly and consistently.
Commercial Awareness
- Manage delivery within agreed budgets and constraints, monitoring cost, effort, and delivery efficiency.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Collaborate across multiple teams and disciplines to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
Problem Solving & Escalation Management
- Identify and resolve delivery challenges, contributing to decisions and driving outcomes across teams.
Support to Sales & Growth
- Contribute to business development activities through delivery excellence and input into solution feasibility and estimates.

Qualifications
Skills and Experience
- We are looking for a candidate with 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience delivering technology or transformation projects within a consulting or client-facing environment
- Strong understanding of project delivery disciplines (planning, estimation, risk management, scope control)
- Experience working within defined commercial constraints (budget, scope, timelines)
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and contribute to delivery decisions
- Working knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Familiarity with delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Experience working across cross-functional or distributed teams
Desirable:
- Experience within Microsoft technology ecosystems
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMP)
