Delivery Lead – Hybrid Role (2 days per week in the office)

About the Role

Our Delivery Leads drive our teams to successfully deliver cutting-edge digital solutions. Whether you’re leading a discovery phase with service and product designers or supporting established teams with ongoing improvements, this role is crucial to both our company’s and our customers’ success.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead discovery phases with service and product designers
  • Support teams in delivering ongoing improvements
  • Facilitate agile delivery to ensure teams are greater than the sum of their parts

What You’ll Bring

Core Responsibilities & Skills

  • Drive Agile Delivery – Facilitate teams to achieve peak performance.
  • Clear Communication – Simplify complex concepts for tech and non-tech audiences.
  • Leadership Ability – Foster good team spirit and culture across internal, client, and cross-functional teams.
  • Broad Delivery Knowledge – Mastery of delivery techniques (Agile, Waterfall, bi-modal) and contextual application.
  • Team Management – Use various delivery techniques and artefacts to manage teams day-to-day.
  • Continuous Improvement – Remove impediments and promote a "fail fast, learn fast" culture.
  • Client Collaboration – Work with clients to enhance agile practices and ways of working, including staff mentoring.
  • Community Contribution – Actively participate in Community of Practice activities and share experiences.

  • Tech Consultancy – desirably, we’ll help develop further
  • Healthcare – industry knowledge a plus
  • Mentorship – Act as a mentor to our internal Delivery Academy
  • Public Engagement – Increase the company’s delivery profile via events like Lunch & Learns and digital festivals
  • Client Relationships – Build strong ties with Senior Client Management to uncover new opportunities
  • Budget & Procurement – Manage budgets, Statements of Work, and supplier relationships
  • Tools & Tech – Proficiency in Jira, SharePoint, Trello, Confluence, G-Suite and keeping up with tech trends
