Role Purpose
As Delivery Lead, you'll help turn ambitious product plans into reality by enabling our technology teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software that makes a meaningful difference to our users.
What will you be doing?
Things move fast at nudge, and we are always learning. This means we need to stay agile, meaning the responsibilities of a role are never set in stone.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery across a multi-functional technology team to deliver weekly releases to short, medium and long-term milestones
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, deliver planning sessions, workshops and cross-functional meetings.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to estimate technical initiatives, ensuring delivery plans are realistic, achievable and aligned with business priorities.
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from planning and estimation to release to production and post-production support
- Support the Head of Platform in defining and managing detailed delivery and release roadmaps
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee software releases across environments, ensuring alignment with business timelines and risk appetite
- Establish and enforce robust release governance processes, including go/no-go criteria, change controls, and rollback plans
- Coordinate testing, approvals, and stakeholder sign-off for each release cycle
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks related to delivery and releases
- Ensure visibility and transparency of release schedules and impacts through regular communications and reporting
- Work closely with product managers, engineers and wider tech team to align on scope, goals, and priorities
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Communicate regularly and clearly with senior stakeholders on progress, blockers, and outcomes

Skills and experience
To help you do all this, you will need:
- Experience working in an agile delivery role (Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align product, engineering and business priorities
- Experience using Jira to plan work, manage dependencies and report on delivery progress
- You are an excellent facilitator, confident in leading effective meetings and workshops
