Delivery Lead
Job description
The Delivery Lead role is a fully customer facing position which comes with ownership of overseeing client projects. Depending on the scale and complexity of the work, as well as the experience of the practitioner, this may involve either hands-on ownership of a single project at one end of the spectrum through to leading other delivery leads across a number of workstreams at the other.
In line with our principles as a modern tech consultancy, a Delivery Lead is expected to be an expert practitioner in agile methods. However, it is incredibly likely that they must also be able to fit into, or work alongside, more traditional project and programme management structures. As such, the Delivery Lead must have a good working understanding of those methods and how to interface with other teams operating in that manner.
A crucial part of the Delivery Lead’s remit is managing stakeholder relationships and expectations across a wide variety of customer and third party roles and levels of seniority. The Delivery Lead must be both empathetic and relatable to the inexperienced whilst also capable of operating opposite the most senior people in complex commercial environments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
