Location: Bupa Place (Salford Quays), Willow House (Staines), or Angel Court (London) Contract: Permanent Salary: £56,000–£66,000 (dependent on experience) Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) Bonus: 10% Management Scheme Bonus + clinical horizon rewards

About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering change initiatives (or key workstreams in larger, complex transformations) using the most effective methodology (waterfall, agile, or hybrid).
- Collaborating with business leads, stakeholders, and Principle Delivery Leads to define, plan, and execute outcomes aligned with business and performance unit strategies.
- Leading agile/organisational change in a regulated, compliance-driven environment (FCA/CQC).
Key Responsibilities
Change & Workstream Direction
- Lead strategic planning, resource planning, and budgeting for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with key milestones and performance metrics.
- Define and managing critical success factors for delivering measured business benefits.
- Optimise project execution across clarity, efficiency, and cost savings, using evidence-based decision-making.
Stakeholder & Leadership
- Matrix management: Lead cross-functional teams (including Project Teams, Heads of Change, and Intellectual Leads), talking up projects with Executive Sponsors and senior management to achieve high impact.
- Negotiate + influence resource allocation with management stakeholders, ensuring clear accountability for deliverables, whilst fostering strong, proactive relationships.
- Work closely with vendors, internal and external partners to drive strong delivery capability at the best cost.

- Hold aligned conversations with Executive, Senior, and Board-level stakeholders to balance efficiency vs. quality for ultimate outcomes.
- Bring strategic value-making insights to clients and colleagues, focusing on people outcomes over technical outcomes, ensuring everything is customer-centric.
Who You Are (Key Skills & Experience)
Core Requirements
✅ Deep experience in business and IT change delivery – capable of designing and driving transformational initiatives that create tangible business value. ✅ Results-driven – naturally value-added for teams, businesses, and customers. ✅ Strong commercial acumen – able to sell-messages, govern investments, and align delivery against strategy. ✅ Tenacious stakeholder management – adept at working upwards, shaping engagement with Board members, Heads of Department, and the workstream as needed. ✅ Agile under pressure – thrives in urgent, stressful workstreams, with an unflapping approach to problem-solving and delivery.
Bonus Experience
🔹 Experience in a FCA or CQC-regulated environment (healthcare, insurance, or financial services), where compliance and governance are critical. 🔹 Evidence of leading high-complexity change in other enterprise environments (similar to large multi-domain healthcare transformations).
