Delivery Lead
Delivery Lead | Manchester (Hybrid)
Our Delivery Lead is integral to driving our business transformation, delivering innovative digital solutions, and enhancing customer experiences.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead with a strong proficiency in Agile practices and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams through complex change. You’ll ensure seamless delivery, align teams with strategic goals, and lead business transformation initiatives.
Focusing on areas such as marketplace, auction, or payments—preferably within the Stripe ecosystem—will be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain high-performing Agile delivery teams, fostering collaboration across projects.
- Drive business value by aligning teams with strategic objectives and resolving challenges proactively.
- Lead stakeholder management, engaging effectively across all organisational levels.
- Oversee risk and dependency management, resolving conflicting priorities in dynamic environments.
- Coach teams to build a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing engagement and performance.
- Support, or directly execute, digital transformation programs that revolutionise how teams operate and deliver.
- Ensure Alliances and delivery of accurate timelines, balancing focus on delivery quality with strategic agility.

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or equivalent senior Agile project delivery role.
- Extensive hands-on experience within Agile delivery frameworks, with expertise in fostering cross-functional excellence.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating how you’ve supported or led business/technical transformation initiatives, driving adaptability and process improvements.
- Excelling stakeholder management skills, influencing decision-makers effectively across all organisational levels.
- Success in managing complex dependencies, risks, and prioritising competing demands in demanding business environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
- Enthusiastic approach to mentoring and coaching teams for sustained growth.
- Recommendable for Agile certifications such as PSM, CSM, or SAFe, though practical experience can also supersede formal certification.
