Delivery Lead - Banbury: £60,000pa - 70,000pa plus Performance Bonus & Benefits

Bibby Financial Services are growing, and we’re looking for a Delivery Lead to join our Transformation Team in Banbury. The Delivery Lead is a key enabler of Agile delivery across cross-functional squads comprising Technology, Operations, Risk, and other business units. This role ensures initiatives progress seamlessly from design through build to embed, delivering value at every stage while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

At Bibby Financial Services (BFS), we’ve been helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive and grow since 1982. Working across 9 countries, we provide the funding and support that give our clients the confidence to take their next step, whether that’s expanding, innovating, or breaking into new markets. We’re proud to be part of Bibby Line Group, a long-standing family business and one of the UK’s oldest independent companies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Set up, run, and guide squads through Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Facilitate effective sprint execution, ensuring alignment to business priorities and transformation objectives.
  • Coordinate and drive cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and delivery of agreed business outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve blockers promptly to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Work closely with Change and Adoption Manager to embed activities within sprints, ensuring readiness and smooth transition to BAU.
  • Design: Support early-stage planning, backlog refinement, and solution shaping.
  • Build: Drive development and execution of deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Embed: Ensure solutions are adopted and sustained within business operations.
  • Track and report squad performance using Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) into portfolio management dashboards.
  • Promote a culture of learning, feedback, and iterative improvement within squads.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
