Job Title: Delivery Lead
Location: London/Hybrid (minimum x2 days in office)

Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of delivery across a varied client portfolio, spanning conventional agile projects and newer AI-driven work
- Run stakeholder governance and senior client relationships, keeping delivery on track through complex, fast-moving environments
- Lead early-stage discovery and immersion work with clients to understand their business challenges and spot where technology can genuinely help
- Build the commercial case for proposed work, working closely with colleagues to make sure every project has a clear rationale before it gets the green light
- Keep a watchful eye on progress at each stage, making the call on whether to push forward, adjust course, or stop
- Help plan what happens after an initial proof of concept succeeds, so promising ideas don't stall before reaching real users
- Stay hands-on with modern AI tools personally, confident enough to walk a client through a live example
- Read the room across different stakeholder groups, balancing commercial, political and interpersonal pressures with a steady hand

Requirements
- A strong background as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager or Senior Project Manager, ideally within agile teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a sharp commercial instinct
- Exposure to discovery, product thinking or client workshops - or real enthusiasm to build this side of the role
- Genuine day-to-day comfort with AI tools, and the confidence to speak to practical, real-world use cases
- A proactive, resilient mindset that thrives on ambiguity and isn't afraid to challenge assumptions early
- Background in technology consultancy or professional services would be a strong advantage
