Job Title: Delivery Lead

Location: London/Hybrid (minimum x2 days in office)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Why Apply?

This is a rare chance to shape how a growing tech consultancy delivers AI-powered transformation work for its clients. You'll lead high-profile engagements that blend established agile delivery with cutting-edge AI discovery and build - sitting right at the point where traditional project delivery meets the future of client-embedded AI adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of delivery across a varied client portfolio, spanning conventional agile projects and newer AI-driven work
  • Run stakeholder governance and senior client relationships, keeping delivery on track through complex, fast-moving environments
  • Lead early-stage discovery and immersion work with clients to understand their business challenges and spot where technology can genuinely help
  • Build the commercial case for proposed work, working closely with colleagues to make sure every project has a clear rationale before it gets the green light
  • Keep a watchful eye on progress at each stage, making the call on whether to push forward, adjust course, or stop
  • Help plan what happens after an initial proof of concept succeeds, so promising ideas don't stall before reaching real users
  • Stay hands-on with modern AI tools personally, confident enough to walk a client through a live example
  • Read the room across different stakeholder groups, balancing commercial, political and interpersonal pressures with a steady hand

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
