Delivery Lead / Elite AI Team / London

A rapidly scaling defence technology company is looking for an exceptional Delivery Lead to help drive the delivery of software powering the next generation of AI, robotics, and autonomous systems.

This is an opportunity to join an elite engineering organisation at a pivotal stage of growth, working alongside world-class engineers, product leaders, and founders to deliver mission-critical technology.   • 5+ years' experience delivering complex software or technical programmes in high-growth technology companies
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable balancing priorities, managing risk, and delivering in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills with a highly organised, ownership-driven mindset
  • Strong technical understanding of modern software engineering and cloud-based products
