What you will be doing?

The key purpose of this role is to ensure effective end-to-end planning and delivery of the Lending workstream using agile methodologies, as OSB Group continues its transformative journey to digitize the Bank.

Under the direction of the Lead Product Owner, the role holder will work with a cross-functional team—utilizing their own technical background to lead the team, manage scope, evaluate and manage risks/issues, coordinate, and ensure delivery of the supporting components to time and quality, in coordination with Business representatives, Technology, Vendors, and other teams within the group.

Your responsibilities will include providing Delivery Leadership against the Lending workstream within the OSB Transformation programme, using Agile methodologies, through activities including but not limited to:

  • Day-to-day planning, supporting, and managing of the components, processes, and people needed under the Lending workstream, creating and owning the detail overall delivery plan, that aligns with the Product Owner’s high-level roadmap
  • Ensuring the right resources are available at the right time to deliver the associated workstream and the overall Programme to quality, time, and within budget
  • Identifying, evaluating, communicating, and managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and opportunities across the workstream, along with documenting and managing interdependencies with other workstreams within the wider portfolio
  • Engaging and coordinating internal and external stakeholders, including delivery partners and vendors to ensure excellent outcomes
  • Provision of technical expertise in digitization and engineering to the cross-functional team, to aid coordination and execution of the delivery plan, as well as delivery momentum
  • Working with the Product Owner to support and manage a team of Scrum Masters and business analysis team in prioritizing and delivering backlogs, participating in agile ceremonies, and identifying areas for improvement which can be implemented to enhance product performance, meet business OKRs, and contribute to the product owner’s vision and high-level roadmap
  • Ensuring workstream alignment and adherence to governance frameworks, formal reporting, and technology standards
  • Contributing to the end-of-Workstream and Programme Increment retrospectives or Implementation Reviews

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
