About the Role
As a Delivery Lead in the Products Technology Practice, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Team collaboration to execute transformative objectives for our clients.
- Leading complex deliveries from start to finish, ensuring timely execution.
- Nurturing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Aligning client expectations with delivery plans through creative, collaborative solutions.
- Supporting sales initiatives and fostering relationships with commercial and technical teams.
- Identifying emerging trends to expand business opportunities.
- Inspiring knowledge-sharing across teams to drive best practices.

Requirements
Essential: ✅ Proven experience in IT-enabled transformation and technology solutions. ✅ Strong subject expertise in technology, operations, or industry-specific practises. ✅ Ability to manage, motivate and lead small to midsize teams. ✅ Fits with project goals and demonstrates ability to work to tight deadlines. ✅ Sharp analytical skills to identify challenges and creative solutions. ✅ Strong client-agency relationships experience. ✅ Technological and innovation passion. ✅ Proven stakeholder management achievements.
Graceful Bonus:
- Exposure to Life Science, Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel, and Automotive sectors.
- Proficiency in commercial awareness and deal negotiation.
Compensation & Benefits
Accenture provides a competitive package, including:
- Starting basic salary plus a tailored market-based compensation model, adjusted to experience level.
- 25 days of vacation per year additional to paid public holidays.

Note: Travel and flexibility are fundamental to on-site client engagements and business initiatives.
