Location: UK (must be willing to travel to client sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis)

Core Responsibilities

As a Delivery Lead - Products, your role involves:

  • Collaborating across teams to deliver transformative client outcomes and technology solutions.
  • Managing the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to high standards.
  • Building long-term client relationships to establish Accenture as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Aligning client expectations with delivery assumptions, bridging gaps through proactive engagement.
  • Supporting new sales initiatives, working closely with specialist sales and commercial teams.
  • Expanding industry expertise by networking with Accenture’s partners, innovators, and mentors.
  • Fostering a culture of knowledge sharing to drive operational excellence and unlock new opportunities.
  • Developing your career in a dynamic technology consulting environment, where ambition meets innovation.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with:

  • Proven experience in IT-enabled transformation programmes or delivery-focused environments.
  • In-depth subject-matter expertise in technology, industry-specific functions (e.g., Life Sciences, Retail), or business operations.
  • Strong leadership skills—preferably leading cross-functional teams, maximising group potential, and meeting tight project timelines.
  • A proven ability to assess challenges, seize opportunities, and drive change collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal—critical for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience, ideally with client-supplier relationships.
  • Commercial acumen and an awareness of market dynamics.
  • Prior industry exposure in Life Science, Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel, or Automotive sectors.
  • A passion for technology innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
