As a Technology Services Manager you will:
- Lead a team, collaborating to deliver transformative objectives for our clients.
- Be responsible for delivering technology solutions for our clients on-time, using a variety of delivery methodologies and managing across the entire delivery lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships; nurturing and developing strong relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor and partner.
- Collaborate closely with our clients to ensure there are no gaps in their expectation and our delivery assumptions and plans, then manages scope & schedule changes appropriately.
- Support identification and progressions of new sales initiatives, working with our specialist sales and commercial teams.
- Network across Accenture and our partners to introduce clients to new technologies and innovative solutions to drive value and unlock new business opportunities with the client.
- Bring out the best in those around you and encourage sharing of knowledge and best practices across Accenture & client teams.
- Be enthusiastic about growing your career and coaching your team in a technology consulting environment.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience planning, initiating or delivering IT-enabled transformation programmes.
- Experience advising clients or internal stakeholder on a particular subject matter – technology, function or industry.
- Proven experience leading teams, preferably combining diverse skillsets to maximise outputs.
- Experience working to and managing challenging project timelines.
- Ability to quickly identify key challenges, opportunities, and levers for change, working creatively and collaboratively in complex environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, preferably demonstrated in a client-supplier relationship.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Background in one or more product industries – Life Sciences, Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel or Automotive.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
