SAP Delivery Manager | Contract | £400–£600 Outside IR35 | 3–4 Days Hybrid in Bristol
The Opportunity
I am seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to support the delivery of a high-profile SAP transformation programme. This role will lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation programmes/projects
- Oversee delivery across multiple SAP workstreams, including S/4HANA, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Manage plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners
- Drive delivery governance, including reporting to senior leadership
- Ensure successful delivery from initiation through to go-live
- Manage vendor and third-party delivery partners

Requirements
- Proven experience as a SAP Delivery Manager/Programme Manager
- Strong experience delivering SAP transformation programmes, ideally involving S/4HANA
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing complex, multi-stream delivery environments
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to work on a hybrid basis in Bristol

Contract Details
- Rate: £400–£600 per day
- Contract Type: Outside IR35
- Initial Duration: 9 months
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3–4 days per week in Bristol)
