The Opportunity

We're looking for a Delivery Manager to take ownership of multiple high-stakes projects as part of the delivery programme within our Product, Design and Delivery team — one that spans multiple internal teams, external partners and new ways of working.

This isn't a "run the existing process" role. You'll be working alongside our technical teams and business functions to deliver project aligned to our strategy. We need strong problem solvers who can talk to anyone and organise anything. You'll need to flex your approach depending on what each initiative throws at you — and bring order to ambiguity, fast.

If you thrive on parachuting into complex, high-stakes delivery challenges — building trust, structure and momentum from day one — this is built for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of a strategic, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple internal teams and external partners.
  • Stand up pragmatic delivery governance, cadence and reporting for a newly forming initiatives and ones already in flight.
  • Manage partner and vendor relationships, including integration dependencies and commercial delivery milestones.
  • Create clarity, alignment and momentum across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Product to translate roadmap ambition into a realistic, sequenced delivery plan — surfacing scope, timeline or capacity trade-offs with evidence, not opinion.
  • Remove blockers, manage dependencies and proactively mitigate risk.
  • Create clear ownership of delivery commitments across teams and stakeholders, surfacing and resolving accountability gaps early.
  • Report on progress, risks and trade-offs with complete transparency — including direct to senior leadership.
  • Improve flow and predictability using data-driven delivery practices.
  • Establish pragmatic ways of working that accelerate value delivery and outlast your engagement — leaving teams equipped to run the model without you, not dependent on it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
