Delivery Manager/Project Manager - Gloucester - EDV required

Ready to lead the delivery of complex, business-critical projects? We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a high-performing team delivering platform and infrastructure projects within a secure, fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working closely with customers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes across multiple workstreams.

What You'll Be Doing

As Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll:

  • Lead the successful delivery of projects and workstreams.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and delivery partners.
  • Produce clear project reporting, forecasts, and progress updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement and delivery best practice.
  • Support and mentor colleagues while fostering a collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong project delivery expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience delivering infrastructure and/or platform projects.
  • A recognised Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, AgilePM or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, planning, risk management, budgeting, and change control.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
  • The confidence to engage with technical teams, customers, and senior stakeholders alike.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to identify challenges early and drive solutions.
